The ease of use for all our employees to give feedback, as well is their ability to make it easy with tracking how they are interacting in real time from anywhere around world has been invaluable during my career there. Nothing really at this point that I see would be worth changing about grohawk's platform or experience - we have had some initial challenges getting up-to speed initially but so far its working out very nicely now after 3 months into using them fulltime (and still learning). We've found great success by being able to track employee sentiment regarding products/services offered internally vs what customers think when asked directly via surveys etc.
