I have bought hundreds of items from Revain. And I don't check them often. But I wanted to do other people a favor by letting them know that while this is a really nice bracelet, it's ceramic, so I'm a little worried if I handle this watch strap roughly it might break. But I have the biggest problem. actually had link settings with it. The tool that came with it is easy to understand but difficult to use, and there were no instructions with the watch strap. I went back to the Revain product page and found an image showing how to use the link removal tool. You think it helps, but it doesn't. It was very difficult to figure out how to pull the pins out of the four pin connections where I had two and broke two pins in half. And none of the handles came out without the use of pliers as the instructions said you can pull it out with your fingers. it's impossible. After a lot of swearing, I pulled two pins from the links I didn't need and used them to reconnect them to the rest of the bracelet. Which was also difficult to put back in place. It looks great on my wrist now that I've got it all assembled, but it's too tight and I just don't have the means to pull another link back out.
