Got this to do the "Bar Method " exercises
At a previous home, we installed a bar on the wall. In my current home, that isn't an option. I found this portable bar here on revain.com so I thought, why not? It is much heftier than I expected. Much larger too. But I'm glad. This item seemed to be geared towards young girls practicing gymnastics so I hoped it wasn't "fun-size". It didn't take long to assemble even though there were no instructions. The rubber "feet" make it slip proof. The bars are adjustable so I can change them according to which workout I'm doing. Very happy with my purchase.
