I got these as a gift from Vitamin Bounty but gave them to my friend to use. He's only been taking them for a few days, so he doesn't see much of a change, but says he has a little more energy. He says they're not hard to take, but they do have an odor. He doesn't mind if he takes them because he says they have no taste. He is enjoying them so far and intends to continue taking them to see if they make a big difference to him on his training journey.
