The enamel of my teeth does not boast of whiteness, it is because of the natural yellow tint that I have whitened my teeth all my life (either with special pastes, sometimes with stickers, or even with activated charcoal). In general, I did not know the measures, I used it on an ongoing basis, without interruptions. Naturally, this affected the condition of the teeth, the abrasive particles of whitening pastes did their job and the enamel became thinner, depressions in the teeth appeared near the gums, the so-called erosion. Therefore, it became impossible to drink and eat. Any, even warm, food painfully burned my teeth, at one time I couldn’t open my mouth at all, even the air hurt! In short, Sensodin pastes have been my faithful companions for several years now and I do not change them. I only change varieties within the line. I take Pronamel not for the first time, but for the first time whitening. Pastes of the Pronamel series have a tube different from other pastes of this company. It is not even throughout the volume, but as if in the shape of a trapezoid, the cap is large, it is convenient to put the paste on the shelf. Information from the packaging: The paste itself is white in color and has a pleasant minty aroma. The consumption is economical, a package of 75 ml is enough for me for at least 2 months. The manufacturer recommends not using the paste more than twice a day. I brush my teeth twice a day, I use a toothbrush Lakalut "Silk threads" for sensitive teeth. I don’t use rinse aids after, freshness after just one paste is enough for a long time. The paste cleans well, and removes plaque, and tartar does not form with it. I didn’t notice whitening))) For this, minus 1 point. But she struggles with tooth sensitivity, she has never let me down in 6 years.
