I work 12+ hours a day and drive noisy trucks all day. I wear the headset all day and this device is comfortable and lightweight. Any (minimal) connection issues I had were issues with the phone, not the headset. I work all day, sometimes several days, and never worry about the battery. Once or twice a week I have to charge it while I sleep. Use it every day many calls, I am very happy with it. However, after 8 months of intensive use. I did notice a lower volume (I just got a new phone though, and it's possible the settings on that phone aren't related to the headset). I definitely recommend this item. Reasonable price for that
