I have bought flea collars from Amazon in the past and they have been great. The smell was pleasant, the stretching and adjusting worked great, and it was a good thickness. It was huge, very bulky, and gave off a weird feel. We adjusted it to fit our cat's neck (very stiff), the collar is cheap and uncomfortable to wear. It smelled like nasty plastic (my other collars smelled like mint). My cat kept trying to take it off (he's never done that before) so I ended up cutting it off because the design made it impossible to take it off easily. I'm sure it repels ticks and fleas as advertised but if you want something for the same price but better I'd look elsewhere.
