I have this Ordered 15.6 inch lightweight laptop from HP, Intel Quad-Core i5-1035G1 Processor Up to 3.60GHz, 8GB DDR4 for my wife as a gift because she is running her BSN and needs a new computer. The refurbished Revain has a 90-day return policy on this item (a very liberal return policy for almost any reason), which you don't typically get when you buy a 'new' computer. The product arrived as expected with no apparent defects. The packaging was sufficient, all accessories were included. As for the performance, my wife is very happy and says the computer's battery lasts a long time. I will update this review as needed or if we run into any issues aside from the fact that it was a great purchase.
