An Unsatisfactory BRIS Experience - Not as Exceptional as Claimed

I love the outdoors, so I was thrilled to learn about BRIS, a company that promised outstanding products and top-notch customer service for anything related to sports, the great outdoors, boating, and sailing. However, I've been disappointed and aggravated by my experience with BRIS. Their small selection of products was the first problem I ran upon. Despite their claim to be experts in anything outdoor-related, their collection was shockingly small. They didn't have the items I required in stock, and their purchasing process was very difficult and time-consuming, despite the fact that I was seeking for specific camping equipment. Even when I did discover things I wished to buy, they were not of the high caliber claimed. I bought a kayak that was advertised as being of the highest quality, but the construction was fragile and inexpensive. When I contacted customer service for assistance because of leaks and tears, they were unresponsive and useless. In terms of customer service, it was dreadful. My contacts with their employees left a lot to be desired, despite their boasts of excellent customer service. They took a while to react to my questions, and when they did, they were rude and useless. Overall, I was unimpressed with BRIS, and I cannot endorse them to anyone. Their promises of being an amazing company are not supported by their constrained product line, subpar goods, and subpar customer service. Look elsewhere if you want top-notch outdoor products and top-notch customer service.
