I like that it's easy to set up with multiple channels (we use Facebook Messenger).
The chatbot feature can be used in many different ways depending upon what you're trying achieve - whether its just simple customer service or more complex tasks such as order fulfilment etc! It would help if there was an option of setting custom permissions so we could have certain people able access only specific features/channels but this isn't something i've seen mentioned anywhere else either which makes me think they haven;t thought about implementing yet? We are using quickreply AI across our whole site including social media posts where customers interact directly via messenger within facebook when needed e.g asking questions regarding orders before placing them through livechat support available 24hrs per day during working hours 7 days week.
