Must be purchased to protect against heat damage

Love this iron! I have very curly, very thick, very unruly hair. I also bleach my black hair and always wear it straight. I'm trying to grow it out but the discoloration and constant heat is damaging it so I have to trim it all the time. This straightener doesn't mess up my hair and I don't have the usual split ends. If you want to minimize heat damage and grow your hair, this is the straightener you should buy. I will be writing an updated review in at least 2 months to report heat damage.
