First I will list the pros and cons. Then I go into the plus points in detail: Despite the lower price, this controller is of excellent quality. Came in an aesthetically pleasing box. And used foam to keep it safe during shipping. plug and play The size is good. Just right for my hands. Convenient analogues. And feels good. Negative. It takes some time to get used to the fact that triggers have no pressure. It uses click triggers instead of regular push triggers. The LED in the middle is annoying in a darkened room. (I just wrapped it in duct tape). A neutral (neither good nor bad) cable length is what you would expect from a PC based product. It's about twice the length of the Xbox 360 cable, so if you're looking for something for a console. This may not be for you. I use it for my laptop/PC so I don't care about the length of the cable. Now we come to a detailed review. This controller works and feels as popular and famous as the Sony Duelshock and Microsoft Xbox controllers. As with any controller, simply plug it in and the drivers will be installed. I'll start off by saying I got into this controller because Sony's Duelshock controller counterparts have always come loose after use. And the analogues of the Microsoft Xbox controller squeaked all the time. (And Microsoft's counterparts use rubber, which can make your fingertips uncomfortable with constant rubbing.) I haven't had any of the issues listed with this controller. It arrived in perfect condition. As said, the trigger buttons take a bit of getting used to as they are essentially the same as the "bumper" buttons. None of my buttons stick or stick and they all work perfectly. The controller doesn't have rubber grips, which makes it a bonus for me as rubber tends to wear down and get rough on the skin. The controller seems as solid as branded console controllers, I've never abused my electronics so I'm not an expert (I wouldn't throw it on the floor or walls). Plastic doesn't seem cheap at all. It definitely doesn't look like some crappy third-party knockoff you'd expect at such a low price point. I had no connection problems at all. I thoroughly agree that this controller is definitely worth getting if you're tired of Microsoft or Sony extorting your money for poor performance.
