Review on TAVOLOZZA by Steven Latham

I just recently placed an order with TAVOLOZZA, but I was dissatisfied with the level of customer support I received. The website was difficult to traverse, and it took a lot of time for me to locate the items I was looking for. When I eventually located the items, I discovered that some of them were no longer available. When I tried to get in touch with their customer assistance team, however, the language barrier made communication difficult. When my order did eventually arrive, the packaging was of poor quality, and several of the items were broken. Due to the complicated nature of their return procedure, sending in the damaged goods was a cumbersome endeavor. Overall, the poor customer service at TAVOLOZZA made me regret going with them rather than one of the many other art supply businesses.
