I didn't have the right punctuation

I liked the keyboard except the punctuation is wrong or just has no punctuation which is useless when I need to type. The question mark key doesn't even put a question mark, and the basic punctuation marks aren't even on the keyboard (yes I press all the keys) so disappointing, should have saved my money.
