some assembly expected; but it was fun! I gave one star for that. It took me a couple of weeks to put everything together given the holidays. The pieces don't fit easily, so plan for a loose fit of everything, then tilt it in every direction and hammer into every joint to get a tight fit. Racks are deformed due to very cheap construction. I didn't dock it for this because they are still strong enough to stack sweaters on. This is a lower quality product; making it very light and easy to move. For me, mobility was more important than quality, so I'm satisfied. My purpose is a temporary exhibition in a craft boutique; so this works fine for me. The only thing I wanted were wheels. I think the price can be a bit high for this quality; it looks more like one of the $35.99 to $39.99 line from a chain of hardware stores rather than the $50 it currently costs.
