Review on Effortless Flipping: OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Fish Turner by Kara Smith

Used for the first time on a 12 inch cast iron pan. Eggs, and that spatula turned them well. Much better than the old plastic spatulas I used. This isn't a hit for the spatula, but I found it too big for a cast iron skillet. It was difficult to get the spatula under the egg with the cast iron pan wall that was too high. But yes, she was good at turning eggs and she's sure she can turn fish, hamburgers and steak too. The problem may be entirely due to operator error. But with a 7" slot section, it's awkward to maneuver on a 12" pan. But judging by the looks of other fishermen, it seems like a standard size, so I'm probably the only one who will have problems.
