The re-release must have been poorly programmed as it is almost unplayable. Defenders sit in one place as long as you do. I've seen footage of the original model from the 70's and the defenders are always on the move. The user has no choice but to climb the board and try to avoid a penalty and dream of that elusive chance of scoring a goal. It's all for naught, as a two-round shot never results in a goal, and if you score straight your shot button will automatically call a defender in front of you. This toy will make little kids hysterical and a big disappointment for the nostalgic. I recommend choosing basketball instead, it's almost the same experience and much more enjoyable.
