It allows me to save notes about my candidates in case I need them later when i'm looking back at their applications. The ease of managing everything from 1 place makes it so much easier during interviews and reference checks. Having said that, there are other better tools out there if you prefer something a little less complicated (for example, LinkedIn Recruiter). Also, some sections like "references" can be improved upon by going through 3rd party sites such as Glassdoor or Indeed. Don't underestimate what this tool does for your business. If you're having trouble keeping track of information and being able to access it from anywhere with no hassle then definitely consider using it. One word - time saver. You spend most of your day recruiting new employees instead of doing actual work. So why would you not want to have all the necessary info stored centrally where you can see at once without searching?
