Sometimes mint is refreshing, sometimes it's too strong and I hate it. Luckily, mouthwash sometimes tastes different than mint. I've been reading about dental care since I lost some of the enamel on my teeth, I've had several cavities over the past 10 years and receding gums that have been very sensitive and bleeding lately. (and to be honest, I got really scared for my oral health when I realized that I hadn't brushed my teeth properly for years and was exposing my teeth and gums too much). I did some research and checked some dentist recommendations and chose a new dental regimen that included a bedtime mouthwash that balanced pH, was alcohol-free, contained SLS, and contained fluoride. My mouth was sensitive to some mouthwashes that are commonly found in pharmacies and grocery stores, and although I use a mouthwash every night that is antiseptic but does not contain alcohol, I have not felt that it worked or helped as well. healing my gums (not to mention the strong mint taste). This mouthwash seems to meet my criteria as it is alcohol free, sls free, ph balancing and citrus infused! I don't think it was accepted by the ADA but I wish it was and I hope it will be - I don't know if it's stupid but it would make me feel even better. It also has xylitol, which I won't reveal, but I've heard it's beneficial, so having xylitol in it is a huge plus for me. , a citrus flavor that reminds me of Five Alive juice diluted with water. I can't tell you how much I love him. Swinging this thing around for a minute is easy and nice, and it tastes like I'm swinging juice out of a juice box or something. I'm impressed by how tasty it is and how easy it is to keep in my mouth for a minute, unlike other conditioners that I found to be too harsh either in taste or other ingredients. I really want to try grapes because if they're half as easy to eat and half as tasty as citrus, I'll be happy. I'll admit it's expensive compared to the huge bottle of mouthwash I can get at the drugstore (especially with a discounted sale) but as I said these no longer worked for me and it goes with my new mouthwash. Oral care and maintenance and strong teeth are important to me, so I'm willing to spend the money (I had a $5 gift card, to be honest, which helped me cut costs a bit). Since it makes my nightly routine so much more comfortable, I'll buy a second bottle when it's gone. I'm so glad I tried it
