Three year old loves it.
My 3 year old has 2T almost 3T. I bought a size 4T so it would have room to grow. It's very cute and appears to be well made. One thing, I wish he had a hem on the hood so his hair in the front would most likely stay dry. I also wish there was a drawstring at the chin. But overall I am very happy with this purchase.
