Review on Circulon Elementum Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set: 10 Piece Pots and Pans in Oyster Gray by Susan Johnson

We often fry eggs, or sometimes scrambled eggs (a mixture of eggs with chopped vegetables). We tend to use less oil and sometimes no oil at all. Before purchasing this set, we read some reviews about it and even watched a few YouTube videos. Unfortunately, we only found out about this after we tried the set. So far we have cooked several times with one set - in different pans - two pans (large and medium) and a 3 liter pan for frying eggs and scrambled eggs and fish. 1) If you don't add oil before frying, the egg will stick. The first eggs, fried in a medium pan, weren't too bad though. We tried a few more times - they all stick to the surface. 2) For an omelette, one side is just as good (it still takes a lot of effort to turn) then the other side sticks to the bottom (we used a 3 liter pan) 3) If you add a little oil add , it improves a lot. However, if you turn the egg over, it may stick. It worked great with fish and meat. They don't stick. However, we cook eggs more often than fish and meat, so now we need to find another pan. I believe that 6 and 3 liters should be good tools for their purposes. Non-stick coating is still a mission impossible. for us especially without oil or with little oil.
