Left and right handset don't sync

Nice charging case, that's all. These headphones will NOT sync with each other prior to pairing with your device, so only one of them will pair with your device - enjoy mono sound! The instructions state that they should sync and say "connected" before going into "Bluetooth pairing mode". Instead, they turn on (lots of flashing red and blue lights) and then immediately go into pairing mode (with a broken voice between the two earbuds). The manual says go to their website for support---FAQs/Support/Manuals are blank. Web pages on your site and that particular product is still not even showing.
