Liza, I'm an honest person, not to mention a very meticulous person. I followed your instructions exactly, the roll also had wrinkles. As hard as I tried to be careful, even treating it like a screen I would use on a phone, the result was air bubbles that couldn't be removed, as well as permanent creases. In short, LOOKS TERRIBLE! I will say it works as it should, so now it's impossible to see through the door, but it's very noticeable from both sides how poor the installation was. It's only 2 expensive to replace and I really need to hire someone to install it professionally (which I recommend to everyone) so I guess I'm stuck with that. Very disappointing !
