I posted a question about how it works, concerned I may have installed it incorrectly. I did not get an answer. I've had worse headaches and my eyes have been tired and blurry since it was on compared to a week without applying it to my screen. I really hoped this would help as I'm an online teacher all day from 7:45am to 2:30am. I'm happy to change my rating if I misapplied it for any reason. I peeled off sticker 1 which was attached directly to the screen. Sticker 2 was removed last, this is the side I could touch on a touch screen computer for example. I followed the video provided via the QR code but the stickers weren't labeled 1, 2 like they are in the box. Had to use my best judgment on what's what.
