I dyed my hair red about a year ago but over time I've kept cutting red but yesterday I decided to get rid of the red color completely and to dye the roots dark brown and bleach the remainder. I know what type of hair I have and I knew I was probably going to lose my curls, but I didn't expect to lose them completely. My roots became wavy and the discolored part became almost straight (as shown in the previous photo). I immediately ordered Apogee because I used it a long time ago and remembered that it helped my hair, it came the next day so I used it immediately and it definitely helped. I will keep using it but from the first use my hair was a bit frizzy, my roots are frizzy and shiny, my ends are now wavy but much better than before. As long as you use the product properly and have patience it will help, just use as needed (After using Apogee I used my regular perm products I use and spritzed my hair to bring back the curls).
