This is great for this 45 year old gal that doesn't want to show too much cleavage. There are pads in it that hold the girls in place. Covers the sides nicely as shown.Just as described. it fits true to size and I love it. I am 5'8 and 34C cup. I measure 34 chest, 28 waist, 38 hip. This is a medium. Hope this helps. I will order this in more colors.
