Bought to clean some stubborn wiper arms on my car. It said "hard work," so I decided to give it a try. After removing the 1st lever the stopper at the top of the bolt fell off, it's not screwed down or has some sort of locking ring so I can't imagine how they made it stay, maybe snapped, there's no way to hold it afterwards. it came from the weld. The part of the screw/vise that pushes against the screw is cheap stamped steel, the head started mushrooming against the head of the screw with no support, not to mention the system is barely held and slips off the wiper They don't push , you can't adjust them with any kind of knob, even if you apply enough pressure they will pop open. Only gave this one 2 stars instead of 1 because I managed to get both hands out with the tool. Waste of money, cheap chinese junk, better with pre-auto/napa puller with star grip and spring loaded handles.
