Very reliable product, build quality is very good, video quality is top notch, easy to use and set up. Motion detection works well too. So far it's looking good in the office, but I plan to test it in the field soon. The fact that it is a working charger is also a plus. I had hiccups at first, when I look at the front camera it looks like a scratch. I contacted Lexpert Tech LLC, customer service was excellent, they emailed back immediately. They said it was a very thin protective film. How simple! It's a good idea for a company to protect the camera. I filmed it and the video quality is AMAZING! Once again I'm convinced that the problem was on my side and not in the camera itself. As a bonus, it comes with handy USB-to-USB cables as well as an SD card reader. Make sure you need your own SD card. I used 32GB and it worked fine. I am very happy with my purchase. You must get one!
