Slightly small but definitely wearable if you don't mind wearing it just around your mouth (not past your chin). I've worn it to the gym workouts and to work with no problems. When wearing you don't notice that after a while (at least for me) it gets small, depending on your ability not to concentrate on it, otherwise it works without problems. Otherwise, I recommend buying a large mask mount from Amazon, which comes in packs of 8 or 10, if I remember that it fits your entire face. Wearing these will make your face a little sweaty after a while, but the mask will stay dry (if you don't press it against sweat). Take care and hope this helps
