I'm sorry to write a one star review but I was so disappointed with this product. I followed the instructions for use exactly. I applied nail glue and waited 4 minutes for it to clear. When applying the foil, I couldn't transfer it to the nail, no matter how hard I tried. I tried every technique I knew but to no avail. Then, out of curiosity, I wanted to see if I could transfer the foil to regular tape. Even then, the foil remained on paper. There appears to be only one layer of foil and there is no second layer that could theoretically be transferred to the nail to create the foil effect. This product was a waste of my time and money and I will request a refund if they cannot exchange it for something that actually works.
