warm and cozy. Waterproof. This is a very nice jacket. Fleece inside, also in the hood. The zipper goes to the chin. Two outside pockets, no inside pockets. There is a very thin stripe around the sleeves and on the zippers that glows in the dark. The wrist is adjustable. My son's jacket sleeves are a little long (he's wearing a size 10 shirt) so we just tightened the wristbands and now the sleeves don't fall over his arms. It will definitely warm him up.
