Like many other reviewers, the one I received came packaged with three sets of wood and self-tapping screws (2 chrome, 2 brass, and 2 white). The holes in the bracket are cut for M4-0.7mm mounting screws. I needed a mount so had to order expecting to get the wrong screws. This is the same part as the Franklin Brass 600R bracket. Delta doesn't make these things, they work with the same people that make other brands of built-in toilet roll holders. The instructions even have a blank line for the model number, prompting you to write the number from the box as each brand has its own part number. I think they already fixed it.
