They work so well! I've been trying to make fruit bowls in the oven for years and it's always been a real hassle. Aside from requiring constant monitoring of the furnace, the results and the time taken were inconsistent. However, with a Nesco dehydrator, these sheets worked very smoothly. I could even make two batches in one day instead of in the old oven where it took forever. I was really surprised how well and how quickly the sheets worked. I sprayed some Pam and it made the removal very smooth! If you have a dehydrator, these sheets are a must.
