Buying firewood online is always a gamble unless you go to one of those sites where you can pick and choose a single piece but it's expensive pay I was very happy with what I got from this company! I have 4 pieces of good size, more or less comparable to what is shown. Two very interesting (curvy) large parts and 2 small parts that fold well. I've boiled them a couple of times and today I'm letting them soak a bit more before gluing the ferns on top. If there are any tannins left, so be it. Good for fish. There are a few sharp points that I will sand down, but it doesn't matter (I do this with every piece of wood I have). The color fringing of the tree is really pretty and would look great in an aquarium so overall this purchase was a great win!
