Very versatile! I order blue which looked a little against the gray background. To be honest, when I opened it I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I was so glad I got it! These are several layers of chiffon fabric in two colors. The bottom layer peeks out when moving. The elastic waistband was really very comfortable. So far I've won this with a white t-shirt, button-down jeans/chambray, and a pink sweater. Flats and booties too. It needs to be hung up a bit before wearing as it can be quite crumpled. I just sprinkled water on it and hung it up for a day or so and it was ready to go. Sizing is really easy, it stretches and flows, so finding the right size isn't that difficult. It's great for photo shoots, be aware it's not puffy. If you want it to look puffy you can add a crinoline for extra volume, but it's really gorgeous just the way it is.
