They are adorable and the grandkids love them. My 20 month old granddaughter loves ducks and always wears them best. She wears a size 6-6.5 in most shoes (6 in Hoy saltwater sandals) and I ordered a size 6.5. -7 in these first. She could have worn big ones (she moved her foot to fasten the straps behind her heels) but they're wide (like all croc sandals) and I thought they were a bit big to do whatever she needed. in this. I saved them for later and ordered 5.5-6 which fit well. She needs help putting her heel strap on in it, but she can do anything in it. I am sure that wearing crocodile shoes all the time is not good for her feet and her athletic development, but internally she goes barefoot. . Her feet are medium width but fit well so the extra size doesn't matter. She wears them in the paddling pool half the time and they hold up well. They are also very soft and flexible. I am very happy. .My 4 year old grandson liked them a lot so I bought him another duck brand because he needed a bigger size.
