It also cuts into the trunk, for other sculpting work required when making a trunk looked age worned and decayed. The thick round bamboo broom isnt for lightly dusting off last season's drop of leaves from your dirt, but rather for cleaning dirt and residue from your pot. (I tried to beat it, soak it, and cut it to look like a wide, soft broom, until I realized it wasnt THAT kind of broom.)
