The device works very well, even found my Garmin Heart Monitor and displayed this information. I found a few things I don't like. When the device is set to English, the compass screen is displayed in metric as well as the bike setup screen. However, my main complaint is that the software that came with the device does not display the operational information correctly. I've emailed Pyle support asking if there is a firmware update or software available that I may have overlooked that will fix the problem, but haven't received anything yet. I've read other reviews of this device and they pretty much say the same thing: great device, lousy software and/or support. Unfortunately, my email spam filter put it in my spam folder. Well I haven't seen it until today (7/9/15) so I apologize to the support team for my previous negative comments. After installing the correct version of the software, I'm happy with how the data is presented. But even though I've set it to imperial units, the circles only show up in metric units, since I intend to load the data into another program, it doesn't bother me too much. As for the block itself, I really like it. I use it as a backup for my Garmin 401 Forrunner and when comparing the results I found it to be just as accurate. Now I would recommend this unit as a budget alternative to some of the more expensive bike GPSs.
