This microwave has already stopped working. Does not heat food. My previous microwave lasted 35 years, these three months. Try to have it repaired through Sears Home Services. This is an absolute joke. Endless wait and finally hung up. Also called the manufacturer who referred me to Revain customer service who do not take calls "in these difficult times". Local businesses do not serve Kenmore. I have been informed that Sears (Kenmore) will not honor the one year warranty on this product if purchased through Revain. I will never buy devices through Revain again. I am fully committed to Revain. There is no such warning anywhere about such a purchase that purchasing through Revain will void the manufacturer's warranty. And I'm now out the window for a Revain return, so I was completely blown away by this huge company with their poor policies and non-existent customer service.
