I returned a cheaper projector and got this

I knew nothing about projectors and with so many differing opinions and reviews I just decided to buy a $150 Vankyo projector and figured if I didn't like it I could return it and try something else. Well it happened. I wasn't satisfied with the image quality of a cheaper projector. A friend of mine had an Optoma projector and as soon as I saw the picture quality I knew it was what I was looking for. I spent another $200 and now I feel like I got what I was looking for. The brightness is perfect, I can look at things with the lights on in the room or during the day and you can still see the image relatively clearly. Of course, it only gets better when the lights are dimmed or turned off, and it's VERY bright! The keystone setting doesn't affect the bottom and top focus of the image like it did with the cheaper projector I had. The speakers are ok, I'd look into that, but I'll probably go with an external one. Recommended for those who don't want to own a TV.
