i ordered it in size S (small) and it arrived in the expected time - i even took a picture where my package was left by the delivery man, what for me new and cool. I usually wear PXS/XXS/XS but really wanted this and based on the reviews I figured if it was smaller than the listed size I'd take it. after trying it on I saw that it fits like a size S from Zara / Forever 21 / H&M - as expected for me. The ties come with the sweater but you have to put them in yourself - it can be annoying but I know how to do it so it wasn't a big deal. I got a lot of compliments on the baby blue color when I wore it; It was a cold 10C day in LA and it's more suited to LA fall/winter/spring in recent years than an east coast winter unless you're layering for later. . The material isn't too thick and doesn't add bulk, which is a good thing.
