The ability to track packages from carrier pickup, through processing in our mail room until they reach their destination is very valuable for us as an organization that handles millions of postal pieces each business day! Their customer service team goes above & beyond every time we have had questions or concerns about tracking issues with one package specifically (or any other issue). It's great because when something breaks down at USPS/FedEx it helps make sure there are no miscommunications between carriers - which can be confusing since this has become so critical today given how often people work remotely now vs actually being physically present within offices all days etc...
