Make sure you understand what it does. It's just a TENS block. There is no massage and no movement at all. I feel a bit silly for expecting it to do some kind of kneading motion or thinking the silver pads would move in and out. At least there can be a vibration, but not even that. I repeat, it doesn't move or vibrate at all. After taking everything I used it on my neck but I didn't feel anything at all. I put it on my thigh and finally felt a faint feeling there. My husband put it on and he immediately felt it lowest. (His neck is much bigger) He could even feel the difference in the three modes. He said one is stable, one is wavy and the third looks like SOS. I didn't feel any of it. I will keep and use it anyway because I think TENS can be helpful and is much better than using sticky pads. One star off because I thought the description was misleading.
