Oversize fabric thin

Too small, too thin. My granddaughter is of average slim build, 27 months on the average short side. She wears diapers. They are short in the leg and the leg slit makes them look bow-legged and the waist cinches. The 2 star rating is generous and I have no idea I will be using it now.
