The bag itself is nice and looks the way it is pictured online. The problem is with the zipper and the fabric inside the bag. The way the inside material was stitched to the outside material made the fabric on the inside too loose. This caused a regular struggle because the zipper would get caught on the loose inner fabric. I'm sure I may be able to put a couple extra stitches in there to prevent that but it seems like I either got the crappy one of the batch or the company generally has poor product design. I'm not a fan of buying a brand new product that I have to fix for proper functionality. It did hold my cards and phone nicely but after using it for a month and a half, I'm fed up and switching to a different purse. I'll store this in my closet with all my other old or failed purses to cycle through and if I ever decide to come back to it, I'll have to mend it.
