Strange plastic stuck to the dress but as shown in pic
Looks exactly like the photo, she hasn't tried it on so I can only base it on looks but my main negative review is the plastic stuck to it. It's almost melted but otherwise beautiful and as pictured and they gave me a full refund and let me keep the dress (didn't have time to send it back as I needed it for prom) in the hope that I'd love it somehow could cut off. So customer service worked great with me. Another positive thing. Hope that helps :)
