They're not terrible

These were exactly in my price point and serve the purpose I needed them for. If I didn't have ANY light for my outside areas, these wouldn't be bright enough. But, I just wanted them to add a little light to my garden and walkway areas when I didn't have my outside lights on. For that, they are perfect. They're pretty and inexpensive. Every blue moon 1 or 2 won't turn on, don't know why.
