Nice clean bright light.

The lights are clean and bright. With the old incandescent bulbs you can see the filament and the lights are bright in the middle. The ring of LEDs in the bulb give a more even distribution of light. I only just purchased and installed them so I can't speak to longevity or energy efficiency, but they are rated to pull less wattage and come with a 5 year guarantee, so here's hoping.

Pros

Works just like it should. Nice bright light and works well with my dimmers.

Cons

The bulk packaging may be impractical for those who only need one or two bulbs, leading to unnecessary waste and clutter
