My original review of this product has been removed. The device worked as expected for several months, but died after about a year of use; did not charge and did not turn on. A three-year guarantee is to be granted for the device; However, I've been trying to return it for a replacement for several months. I received an initial reply from them with return details; However, my most recent emails have gone unanswered. I don't think they live up to their guarantee. Interestingly, I get their marketing emails asking me to review new products. They just don't want to support previous purchases. These devices are too expensive for poor customer service! I will not buy another eMeet product.
