Excellent cords. Many newer devices have power requirements that traditional 1 amp cords just can't handle. These old cables just don't provide enough current to charge them quickly, so I'm replacing a lot of the cables I have with new ones like these that can handle higher currents. I was able to charge my phone with the Quick Charge 3.0 charger easily and in the same time as the OEM cable. And as you can see from my photo, I can power my phone at almost 2 amps. Also, these cables are protected by a nylon braid, which I think looks and feels much stronger than the old plastic/rubber. Cables... They also look good. The ends are well protected by a flexible casing so I don't think the cable ends will wear out like other cables. It seems to me that the rest of the case is metal, which should also add to the durability. Anyway, for the price, I was very happy to have gotten five cables. For me, the 3 foot length is probably the most versatile. Sure, sometimes you need those extra long cables, but 3 feet is enough for most applications. I will never have enough of this! First, the photos show that they have blue USB ends, which usually means USB 3.0, but in reality they aren't. As the description says, they are USB 2.0.
